2020 Has Been Cancelled
The 2020 South Boston Harvest Festival scheduled for Saturday, September 26 has been cancelled due to the health and safety concerns associated with the continued COVID-19 pandemic.
Festival organizers have committed to making all paid vendor application fees good for the 2021 festival or return the fees if necessary.
According to Tamyra Vest, Executive Director of Destination Downtown South Boston, "While we regret the negative impact cancellation has on our vendors, entertainers, businesses and the community, our first obligation is the health and safety of our community and visitors."
The 2021 event has been scheduled for Saturday, September 25.

the Southside Virginia region,
contiguous to the state of North
Carolina. South Boston is sited
at the junction of three U.S.
primary highways: Routes 58,
360, and 501. These roads
provide access to interstate
highways and facilitate regional
travel. US 58 links the Town
with the nearby communities of
Danville, Martinsville (61
miles), and South Hill. US 360
leads northeast from the Town to
the state capital in Richmond,
111 miles away. US 501 connects
South Boston with Lynchburg (59
miles) to the north and Durham,
